Wedding Planner Book - good ways to keep your guest organized

Some good ways to keep your guests organized

via Brenda's Wedding Blog by Brenda on 8/27/09

Earlier today PhotoAffections.com {the leading online photo greeting card company} was here to share with us RSVP etiquette tips and now I'd like to welcome them back as they share more great tips with us - this time for Save the Date Cards.shown above: Newlyweds, Victory, Joy, Mahogany

Save the Date Card Tips (from PhotoAffections.com)

1. Create a Save the Date card to announce to guests your future wedding date. This will enable them to mark the date on their calendar and not make other plans for that day.

2. Save the Date Cards are A MUST if you have guests who are traveling or your event is scheduled on a holiday.

3. Send the cards at least 4 - 6 months in advance of the wedding date.

4. List your wedding website address on the card, if you have one established.

5. It is not necessary to send everyone a save the date card. You may reserve the cards for special family members/friends you really want in attendance. However, each person whom is sent a card must be sent an invitation.

Thank you PhotoAffections.com for joining my readers today and sharing your lovely designs with us as well as your terrific tips for RSVP Etiquette and Save the Date Cards. To see all of the available designs for Wedding Announcements, please visit PhotoAffections.com.

How to select a wedding planner book?

A wedding planner book is probably a very valuable tool, and one that wedding-plannerbook.com recommends that you invest in once you are engaged. Wedding planning can seem like a daunting task after you are engaged. Many couples are not sure what to do or where to start, and figuring this out can be very frustrating and time consuming. A wedding planner book makes your life easy by describing what you need to do on a step by step basis to help make your wedding planning simple.

When selecting a wedding planner book, ensure it has a good checklist with that includes time lines. Having such time lines allows you to put your plans into perspective and tell you what to do and when. Typically they are broken down into 3 month intervals such as 9-12 months prior to the wedding, 6-9 months prior and so on. Having such a book helps you prioritize your tasks leading up to the wedding.

A wedding planner book allows you to ensure that you don't skip any steps when you are wedding planning, therefore reducing any stress associated with the planning. And this is what I found out about wedding planning.....

Planning a wedding is usually perceived as stressful and extremely busy. Having a wedding planner book can help you reduce stress and help keep you organized at the same time.
