Save the Date Card Tips (from PhotoAffections.com)

1. Create a Save the Date card to announce to guests your future wedding date. This will enable them to mark the date on their calendar and not make other plans for that day.

2. Save the Date Cards are A MUST if you have guests who are traveling or your event is scheduled on a holiday.

3. Send the cards at least 4 - 6 months in advance of the wedding date.

4. List your wedding website address on the card, if you have one established.

5. It is not necessary to send everyone a save the date card. You may reserve the cards for special family members/friends you really want in attendance. However, each person whom is sent a card must be sent an invitation.

Last week I saw a photo posted on twitter from Carrie of Bella Cupcake Couture from an event they were part of where they gave out over 300 cupcakes and cupcake couture. Carrie's cupcakes were beautifully displayed on stands from Clara French. How to select a wedding planner book?
